Baton Rouge Pork
Slow cooked Pork in Boronia liqueur with an Apple Slaw served on a bun.

Satchmo Spring Rolls
Filled with mushroom, sprouts, carrot, shallots, cabbage and capsicum. These are served with New Orleans Fries

Bourbon Street Beef
Sirlion steak char grilled and coated with coca cola sauce. Served with green bean, sweet potato and feta salad, drizzled with virgin olive oil.

Po Boy Shrimp
Beer battered prawns in cajun (mild)spice with Apple slaw served on a bun.

Meatballs Freret.
Lean beef mince with mixed vegetables and oregano, grated parmesan cheese with a piquant sauce served with a slaw and served on a bun.

Mississippi Shrimp
Beer battered King Prawns dusted in cajun (mild) spice. (Boutique Beer used in batter) Served with green bean, sweet potato and feta salad, drizzled with virgin olive oil. Why not add hollandaise sauce.
