The idea of The Dapper and Chic comes from a love of food and the passion to share it with family and friends any chance I get. My branding is centred around New Orleans and its vibrant streets and eclectic culture. It is the home of Cajun.

My menu will evolve and the dishes may come and go, but the Cajun inspiration will always be present. You may visit me by the roadside, in a parkland, or at a market and the menu may appear different. This is because I will, at times, rotate my menu to suit the time of year or the location I am currently in.
